Show growth. The student must be able to complete the objective but show growth. How do you want them to to show growth though? I’ve done preliminary work:

All I can do is await the final product. Did I teach them correctly? Do they understand the poetic devices used in the songs? Am I showing growth with the assignments I’ve given?
Until I’m given a rubric from the state, I guess I’ll just have to hope and pray I do well enough to earn a passing Educator Grade!
